A top-sealing damper sits on top of your chimney and closes it off tight when the fireplace isn't in use. It's opened and shut from inside your home with an easy-grip handle mounted in the firebox.
The Chim-A-Lator® Deluxe easily mounts on top of a masonry fireplace flue and is operated by a convenient, adjustable regulator installed on the side wall of the fireplace. It is far more efficient than conventional cast iron dampers and the ideal replacement for old defective fireplace dampers. Proven for over 40 years to be the most trouble-free top-sealing damper.

Also known as fireplace liners, flue liners, chimney flues, or flexible chimney liners, chimney liners are the passageway through which gases such as carbon monoxide and smoke travel to escape your home safely. Our certified chimney sweep can inspect, repair, install, or replace your chimney liner.

Chimney flashing is the protective layer of metal that stops water from seeping through where the chimney meets the roof. It is extremely important in roof construction and must be installed correctly to avoid expensive roof and ceiling repairs from water damage.

Gas logs are increasingly popular for their convenience and cleanliness, and may be fueled by either natural or propane gas. There are two basic types on the market today — 'yellow flame' and 'blue flame'. We install both.
